Scratching that creative itch

Since becoming a mother, I have used photography as a way of capturing little moments of joy and beauty through my day. It has become one of my main creative outlets and is a way to document and remember all those countless precious moments. Like many, I have been craving a move away from social media. But I know many of our friends and family enjoy seeing little snippets of our day and some of you have shared the ways I have inspired you. So, I am going to experiment with posting regularly on this blog. Mostly photos, perhaps some words. Often about Wonderhills (the land we steward) but also about related topics. I’ll see if this helps me spend less time on screens but still allows me to scratch my creative itch. Check back here regularly to see what we have been up to recently!

This patch was planted from the seeds from my test patch, last year. It’s almost done for the season but we will soon be collecting the seeds and scattering them wide and far again.
